Senior Director of People and Culture
McKennah brings a wealth of experience in various sectors, where she honed her people skills and oversight in various roles. Before joining BDI in 2015, she worked in real estate and property management. McKennah was a member of the BDI Project Management and Finance teams before finding her perfect niche here in our People & Culture team.
As BDI’s Senior Director of People & Culture, McKennah is responsible for benefits administration, recruiting, new hire onboarding, training & development, and fostering a healthy culture. She’s a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has a Master of Business Administration degree in Executive Leadership from California State University San Bernardino. McKennah uses her mix of expertise, energy and enthusiasm to make BDI an agency that promotes positivity.
