Thom Scott is an expert marketer and nonprofit fundraiser, who spent 30 years honing his marketing and advertising credentials in the for-profit world before stepping into the role of Development Director at Water Street Mission in Lancaster, PA. After four years spent moving Water Street to the next level, he transitioned into his current role as a full-time Professor of Marketing Communication at Lancaster Bible College.
