Heidi Caster is an accomplished strategic marketing leader with over 27 years of experience in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Her colleagues in the field commend her for her “high level of energy and professionalism,” for being “highly relational” and “a true client advocate.” She is widely respected for her commitment to excellence, integrity and getting results in her service to nonprofits over the years, including food banks, rescue missions, health and animal welfare organizations and faith-based ministries.
As BDI’s Senior Vice President of Client Partnership, Heidi leads her team in developing creative solutions that accelerate growth and impact for every client partner. She is also passionate about investing in the nonprofit world’s next generation of leaders. Outside her professional endeavors, Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching every sunset possible and pursuing an active lifestyle through hiking, running, stand up paddling and skiing. Above all else, Heidi is dedicated to empowering others – especially nonprofit teams – to achieve their goals. She is always eager to roll up her sleeves and jump in to help!
