From Mike Rogers, BDI Chief Intelligence Officer

As BDI heads into its 20th year of service, the agency is driven to expand its impact, and come alongside even more nonprofits that are changing lives. It’s essential that we have a team of strategic, innovative thought leaders who have the expertise to help execute the vision of our client partners, and maximize their fundraising programs.

That is why today, I am excited to welcome to the BDI team our new Vice President of Media Operations & Strategy, Tiffany Quast.

Tiffany brings over 25 years of experience in direct response fundraising, with a strong focus in multi-channel marketing, program growth, modeling and analytics, merge purge, digital fundraising and media operations.

She has held top-level leadership positions in marketing and media agencies throughout her career, including a current position on the board of the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association (DMFA) and Leadership Lab participation with The Nonprofit Alliance. Throughout her career, she has worked for a wide variety of nonprofits such as Feeding America, American Cancer Society, World Wildlife Fund, Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and more.

At BDI, Tiffany will lead our Media Services group, serving our clients with cutting-edge ideas and strategies to maximize their print media buying efforts. Tiffany will help bring BDI’s capabilities to the next level and will help ensure our client partners are on the forefront of cutting-edge data and analytic insights, and new media strategies in fundraising and marketing.

Tiffany joins us from Minnesota, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and two chocolate labs. Outside of the office, she loves tackling home improvement projects, and exercising her “creative brain” by painting and making homemade ornaments.

We are honored to have her passion, expertise and heart for service on our team. Please help me in welcoming Tiffany Quast to BDI!

“Being in nonprofit work has always been about being in something bigger than myself. I came to BDI because the focus is on our clients. They are doing work that is all about helping other people with whatever they are facing.”
