Client Service Specialist
Maddie brings to BDI a strong background in marketing, particularly in B2B and sales. After time in the corporate world, she found her true purpose in the nonprofit space. Inspired by BDI’s mission and the organizations it serves, Maddie joined the agency in 2022 as a Marketing Coordinator and has since built years of experience supporting nonprofit fundraising and marketing initiatives.
Today, Maddie serves as a Client Service Specialist, providing administrative support to the Chief Client Officer and the Client Service team. She also provides creative and tactical support for new business efforts. Maddie coordinates client travel and schedules, prepares reports and presentations, manages gifts and sponsorships, and leads special projects related to Client Service. Looking ahead, Maddie is passionate about strengthening BDI’s client experience and growth systems. Her vision is to help our client partners make their greatest impact as they restore lives and communities.
