Data Scientist I 

Emily came to BDI after earning a degree in business analytics. With a longstanding goal of working with nonprofit organizations, she found BDI to be the perfect place to use her technical skills to find her purpose and make a difference. She has since gained significant experience in nonprofit fundraising and marketing, while supporting our client partners through data-driven insights and solutions. 

As Data Scientist, Emily ensures our client partners’ data is accurate, reliable and well maintained. She collaborates closely with our Client Services and Digital teams to develop reports that help inform strategy and decision-making. She also supports our Data Services team in building tools that streamline internal processes, improve efficiency and make data more accessible and useful across our agency.
