Before joining BDI, Eileen Vidotto built an impressive career in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She began by managing high-profile campaigns for brands like Mattel Toys, Princess Cruises, and Hilton Hotels Corporation – sharpening her expertise in creative direction, campaign management and customer engagement. Over the past 15 years, Eileen transitioned her talents to the nonprofit space, leading multichannel fundraising initiatives for national organizations such as Mercy Ships, Ducks Unlimited, Food For The Poor, Young America’s Foundation, World Vision, EWTN, and The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. Her experience spans direct mail, DRTV, Radiothons, call center strategy and digital cultivation and acquisition – always with a focus on helping organizations grow meaningful donor relationships.
As a Senior Director/Strategist at BDI, Eileen partners with mission-driven organizations to build sustainable fundraising strategies for direct response campaigns. With a data-informed and relationship-centered approach, she helps organizations achieve their fundraising goals while advancing their vision for lasting change and long-term impact. Eileen is passionate about continuing to empower nonprofits to grow, thrive and transform lives in their communities.
