With nearly four decades of leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising and marketing, Carter Wade is a trusted voice in advancing organizational growth and strengthening donor engagement.
Prior to joining BDI, he served as Founder & CEO of Rising Fundraising Consultants, where he partnered with nonprofits and Rescue Missions nationwide to enhance mid- and major-donor programs, deepen donor relationships and accelerate long-term impact. He has also served in executive leadership agency roles serving nonprofits, where he provided extensive expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, integrated marketing and nonprofit growth.
Over the course of his career, Carter has consulted with leading Rescue Missions and nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and internationally. Known across the industry as a respected leader, Carter is valued for his humility, authentic relationship-building and ability to deliver results.
As Chief Growth Officer at BDI, Carter works alongside the Executive Leadership team to guide the agency into its next era of growth and innovation. He partners closely with BDI’s Client Services team to deliver exceptional service and creative strategies that empower our client partners to thrive long-term and achieve lasting growth.
