Ashlee Richardson began her nonprofit career in 2017, supporting fundraising efforts for The Salvation Army’s Eastern Division. She eventually transitioned to serving US and Canadian Rescue Missions. Over the years, Ashlee has developed a strong foundation in nonprofit marketing and donor communications – helping mission-based organizations strengthen their reach, engage supporters and grow their impact. Her experience serving organizations across regions and areas of impact have honed her ability to manage complex campaigns with precision and care. 

Today, as an Account Manager at BDI, Ashlee plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution across every client partner’s campaign. She provides exceptional service and operational support to Account Strategists, keeping projects on track and aligned with each organization’s vision. Passionate about collaboration and excellence, Ashlee is dedicated to ensuring that every communication reflects the heart of each Rescue Mission and connects deeply with the communities they serve.
