People & Culture Lead, Employee Experience
Chelsea Campbell’s impact at BDI began in 2018, as she brought her design expertise to BDI’s creative team. Having previously worked in the wedding and stationery industry and with a BFA in Studio Art from Biola University, Chelsea expanded her experience helping our Rescue Mission clients raise support and share their stories through thoughtful, strategic design. Her passion for workplace culture and team well-being was sparked in 2019 when she joined BDI’s Wellness Committee – a move that would shape her next professional chapter.
Today, Chelsea serves as BDI’s Employee Experience Lead, where she thoughtfully tends to every stage of the employee journey – from recruitment and onboarding to benefits and performance management. With a deep belief in the value of a healthy, authentic and creative work culture, Chelsea helps foster a positive and engaging workplace experience for all BDI employees. Drawing on her background in graphic design, she looks at every aspect of her work through a strategic and creative lens to enhance employee happiness and impact.
