Text-to-Give Strategies Helped One Nonprofit Increase Revenue & Response

Helping Up Mission in Baltimore was successfully communicating with donors using a video messaging platform. But it wasn’t cultivating enough gifts – they received five or fewer donations per video message.

To lift response and increase revenue, BDI developed a text-to-give program for HUM. The texts included both requests for donations and affirmational messages. From October 2023 to March 2024, they sent 13 texts – with inspiring results.
