Data Engineer I
Donna began her career as a technical engineer in the corporate world before transitioning into administrative and nonprofit fundraising. She soon discovered a passion for using data to support nonprofit organizations. Over her subsequent 20+ years of nonprofit fundraising and marketing experience, she supported organizations including St. Jude, World Vision, Save the Children, The Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Mercy Ships, PBS and the American Red Cross.
At BDI, Donna grew from Data Coordinator to Data Specialist and now Data Engineer. Now, she collaborates with teams across our agency to deliver data where and how it’s needed, with a particular focus on using advanced segmentation to optimize ROI. A critical member of our Data Services team, she also contributes to the continued development and maintenance of BDI’s data warehouse and infrastructure.
