Meet BDI’s new Chief Growth Officer

That’s why I’m excited to share that Carter Wade has joined BDI as our new Chief Growth Officer.
Carter is a respected nonprofit leader with decades of experience guiding organizations to greater influence and impact. His leadership is defined by his ability to inspire teams, cultivate meaningful relationships and translate vision into results that change lives.
Most recently, Carter served as the Founder and CEO of Rising Fundraising Consultants, where he partnered with nonprofits and Rescue Missions nationwide to deepen donor engagements, strengthen organizational capacity and accelerate long-term impact.
