Whether you knew Lolly for a lifetime or just long enough to experience one of her warm bear hugs, you’ll know it’s impossible to fully describe what made her so special.
Driven by her deep faith and a desire to do good, Lolly lived a life of adventure as she followed God’s calling to serve impoverished communities both around the world and at home. All her life, Lolly was a fearless fighter for good – including in her recent battle with a rare and aggressive autoimmune disease.
Despite the trials she faced, Lolly’s faith in God’s goodness never wavered, even as she left us on January 11. The BDI team grieves this incredible loss… yet we celebrate the lasting impact Lolly’s life has made upon us personally, at our agency and in our world.
