email forms that block domains are not working on regular pages.

• using the current code and replacing the form id, the blocked domains come through and can receive the PDF
• inserting scrpt/html only throws a captcha error

I think the captcha in the footer is interfering with the captcha in the form? Even removing the captcha line from the delivra script it doesn’t fix captcha error.
